My mother recently purchased a rash vest for my 89 year old grandmother.

She had to exchange the vest as it was too small but the colour we had selected was no longer available.

The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond, calling directly to ensure there was a product that matched for my grandmother. They responded so quickly to her exchange request.

You don’t get customer service like this very often!

The best part was grandma trying on the new vest, checking herself out in the mirror and saying “I still look pretty good”.
