FIRST by Love Luna Size Guide (Junior Sizes)
For example, if your child’s waist is 60cm, they would roughly fit into the FIRST Australian size 8-10, UK size 10-11, USA size 8.
If the child is larger than size AUS size 14-16, we recommend going into our women’s range.
The next size up from AUS Youth 14-16 would be the Women’s AUS size 10-12.

Don't know your size? No stress! We have this handy size chart to help you find the perfect size so you feel confident and comfortable in your Love Luna Briefs. Catering in sizes from size 6 to size 28 (new, extended sizing!).
We strive to align our garments sizing with all other similar products. For example, whatever size underwear you normally wear, we would recommend you buy the same size in our period underwear. If you are unsure what size you (or your child) are, we recommend you measure around your waist (smallest part, usually at the belly button) and around hips (largest part) and use those measurements (in cms) to compare to our size guide.

This flattering high waisted design features four-way stretch water repellent fabric for a smooth fit over the body and a nice bum coverage. Team your swim with our Luna Cup and you have the perfect backup for those heavy flow days.
As well as keeping the planet safe from pesky disposables, we like to keep you safe too! That’s why our Love Luna Period products are PFAS free.
This swim brief is designed for medium flow coverage and can absorb 10-15ml (2-3 regular tampons).
Wear them on their own or as a backup - only you know your flow.

Care Instructions
It's washable, reusable & easy to care for. Rinse your Luna briefs and reusable pads with cold water as soon as you can after removal until the water starts to run clear. Pop them in a Luna Washbag with the rest of your washing and wash with like colours on a cold water cycle (max 30 degrees).

Wash before wear. Cold delicate machine wash with like colours. Do not add softener. Do not soak. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Line dry.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Any customs or import duty fees may be charged once your parcel reaches its destination country and are payable by the recipient. These charges vary from country to country and are outside our control, so please check your local customs and import rules before placing your order.
If import fees are left unpaid and the parcel is returned to us as a result, the Return to Sender fee will be payable by the customer.

We want you to love your online purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied you may refund or exchange the item/s you’ve purchased.
Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not offer refunds on SALE items, we can offer credit notes or exchanges only. Items received outside this period may not be accepted.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest that all items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns time frame.
If you believe you item is faulty please send clear photo(s) of fault to online@splashswimwear.com.au with brief description and your order number. We will then provide you with an RA number to return the item.
All returns should be sent with a tracking number. Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of Splash Swimwear. Please bear in mind that we are located in Darwin and regular mail takes minimum 5 business days to reach us, otherwise express post is min 2 days.

RETURNS POLICY FOR PURCHASES IN OUR RETAIL STORE
For any purchases made in our Darwin store, unfortunately we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. However we do offer exchange or an store/online credit for returns within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be in the same condition as purchased with original tags still in place and proof of purchase must be presented.
SWIMWEAR & INTIMATES
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of swimwear bottoms unless they are unworn with all hygiene stickers in place.
RETURNS PROCESSING
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or a refund of purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) via the payment method used during your purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are approved but please allow 3 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification on the status of your refund or exchange once processed.
We do not refund shipping charges unless your items are faulty. Exchanges will be resent at your cost.
